OVERVIEW

About the Apple Store 24 project

Apple Store 24 is a specialist Apple products store in Malayer. The design was deliberately kept simple, bright and inspired by Apple's own design language — large product images, bold typography and plenty of white space — so buyers feel they are in an official store.

Besides new products, the site has a complete used iPhone section, and with the "What's your phone worth?" tool users answer a few questions about their phone's condition, get an approximate price for their used phone in a minute and submit a sale request.

Challenge

The site had to run fast on any hosting, even without a dedicated server, the shop owner had to be able to manage everything alone, and page content had to be fully readable by Google.

Solution

The site was built as a lightweight application with pre-rendered pages and a simple API with a file-based database behind it — no dependency on a heavy server. A custom admin panel lets the owner edit products, slides, orders, phone sale requests, articles and settings.
