Before ordering any of Hamed Rezaie Web Design & Development's services, please read the terms below.
Once the scope of work, price, and project timeline are agreed upon, work begins after receipt of the agreed deposit. The exact details of each project are recorded in a written agreement (via text message, email, or contract).
Delivery time is announced at the start of the project based on its type and scope. Delays in the client providing required information and content may affect the final timeline.
Once the project cost is paid in full, ownership of the files and custom code produced is transferred to the client, except where a third-party licensed template or plugin has been used.
Every project comes with a defined period of free support. Once that period ends, support can be renewed on a monthly or annual basis.
If the client cancels after the project has started, the cost of the work completed up to that point is calculated and deducted from the deposit.
Plugins and ready-made templates purchased from the shop are non-refundable once purchased and initially installed, but they do include a defined period of technical support.
