Custom filters
Category, city, keyword and price range for every search.
Monitors new listings against custom filters and sends them instantly to Telegram, with a web admin panel.

Didban is a monitoring system that continuously checks new listings against defined filters such as category, city and price range, and notifies the user on Telegram as soon as a matching listing is published.
For people looking for buying opportunities — cars, property or second-hand goods — seeing a listing a few minutes earlier makes all the difference. Didban provides those few minutes without constant refreshing.
Continuous monitoring had to be lightweight, stable and gentle on the source, duplicates had to be removed and messages had to reach the user without delay.
The system was built as an independent Python service with controlled scheduling that stores every listing it has seen so no message is ever repeated. Alerts are sent through a Telegram bot, and a web panel lets the administrator define filters and manage the system. Login to the panel works with a password or a code from the Telegram bot.
