The Avin Gold accounting suite is complete, specialised software for gold and jewellery galleries that brings every daily operation of a gold shop into one place. From the moment a customer walks in to issuing the invoice, receiving payment, recording a cheque, sending an order to the workshop and settling with trade partners, everything happens in one system, and every transaction is posted to the general daily ledger at the same time.
The management dashboard shows a live board of gold and currency rates with buy, sell and change percentage, alongside total gold in stock, today's sales, the month's net profit and the number of loyal customers. The pricing calculator works out the final price of each piece from weight, karat, making fee, seller profit and VAT and sends the result straight to an official sales invoice.
The system is web-based but installs like regular software on Windows, Android and iOS, so the gallery manager can check the cash desk and sales from a phone. A separate licensing panel handles trial requests, sign-up of new galleries and customer licences — the system was designed from the start as a product that can be sold to many galleries.
Gold accounting is fundamentally different from ordinary accounting: every transaction has both a monetary amount and a weight and karat, making fees and profit follow special formulas, and the smallest rounding error in weight means a real discrepancy. General accounting software does not cover these details, and older jewellery software runs on a single computer, has an outdated interface and keeps the workshop, transfers and instalments apart from the main books.
All amounts are stored as big integers and all weights as exact decimals, so no rounding errors can occur. A shared function posts every transaction to its specialised ledger — cash desk, bank or customer account — and to the general daily ledger, so reports always agree. Invoices, transfers and orders are numbered atomically, dates are shown in the Persian calendar, access is limited by role (manager, accountant, cashier, salesperson, goldsmith) and an account is locked for a while after five failed logins.
